I went to the store on Saturday with an issue with my phone. I spoke with customer service, but they were unable to help. I was fairly sceptical about going in as I haven't been into town for some time.\\n\\nI was served by a young man by the name of Junaid, and he managed to sort out the issue in no time. It was great service, and I am grateful for the help received on the day. The manager and the rest of the staff were also extremely helpful on the day.

I?m so grateful for the excellent customer service provided by Umar at Blackburn store.Given me the best and affordable deal.Sorted all the existing contracts with excellent three plans with fantastic money savings than before.I greatly recommend this service.Very friendly staff.

Very helpful staff, especially Umar, Adam and Kam.Really professional, polite and knowledgeable. Listened to my complex requirements, they simplyfyed it and were able to resolve all my issues. Went to the store for an upgrade, recieved absolutely amazing service by khadija and kami. Staff were very friendly and helpful, made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!!!!

Came in yesterday with mum on the 14/02/22, the three gentleman who were working on that day sorted my mum with a new upgraded phone, they were very patient and kind, thankyou for your help

When you've been with Three for nearly 10 years and experience some upgrade issues transferring data from old device to new and then spend an hour and a half on to Three complaints for them to advise you to visit your nearest Three Store where the staff will be happy to help.... here's what happened next. I was basically laughed at. Can you believe that level of contempt? Every sentence started with "You see the thing is..." And the thing was, I'd driven all the way into Blackburn to be told by two guys leaning around and chatting (no customers instore) that they don't help customers unless it's a Sunday. I don't expect to be told that I'm not worth his time. If you must buy a phone from Three, I suggest you visit a different store where you won't be treated as an inconvenience.

Ok so here?s a review for this ?3? store,I?ll hold back on some details, so this review doesn?t bore,It all began when I lost my phone,Went into the store to have a moan,Confronted with an apt salesmen named Umar,The sales pitch was informative but with his humour,All the extras he promised were for real,Finally he managed to seal the deal,Later I found when I got home,The bloody phone was had no reception when it was to roam,Went back a little ?miffed? to be honest,This time Hasnat on the front line promised,The phone will be exchanged under the keen instruction of Tina,( here a little shout out to the ever observant khadija),So all in all a great performance and I can?t diss,?3? you got my custom through this unmatchable service.Thanks guys!!

Excellent customer service by Brendan in the Blackburn store yesterday.He went above and beyond in assisting me whilst changing my contract. Brendan was such a good listener and attentive when I expressed any concerns I had and was more than willing to repeat himself or explain anything that I needed clarifying.Even with limited numbers currently being allowed in the store, at no time was I made to feel rushed.He is definitely a credit, as a member of staff, to the Blackburn store and to Three UK as a whole.Thank you for the kindness that you showed ...for me, it was really appreciated.

Visited the other day to enquire why my new sim card was not working. Served by an older man and woman who were incredibly rude, provided no advice whatsoever, and were only interested in trying to take money from me! When I informed them my account was in my father's name, the woman thought it was acceptable to scold me and told me i should purchase my own contract considering im 19! Absolutely none of her business! Was shocked to say the least and won't be returning to this branch again!

Although I have been a three customer for over 8 years, it has been because of the service provider and not because of the store...
It seems the in-store staff are not expected to deliver any customer service, yet when you call 3 direct they can not do enough for you!
