Came in here for baby hangers . Tried to find a worker and there was a bunch of workers talking to each other (wish I took a photo now) so I went to find someone else and the lady I found was soooooo horrible I said ?hi? ?do you know which way I could find the hangers? she looked at me and said YEAH that way! (With such an attitude!) Like how does that help me if you have a million isles! Sort your workers out . If they don?t want there jobs please hire people that actually want there jobs

Bought a rattan garden set that was seasonal sale , paid for it in the morning , came back to collect in afternoon had been sold to someone else.
Very disorganised store and process of reserving an item to collect later on is clearly non existent.

Absolutely disorganised place most items are not priced x other items on wrong peg hook under wrong description. No organization' at all .very scruffy outside garden part. It's a shame because the range do have lots of nice things in .definitely needs some management skills putting in place ,as well as some conscientious staff willing to do a good job

Took my mum, partner and daughters here today, my mum was in her wheelchair and there was plenty of parking but the speed bumps on the way in are absolutely shocking couldn?t see them at all. Then when we got inside the store we couldn?t actually get up and down every isle because on the end of some isles there were shelves blocking so we couldn?t get past in the wheelchair, also some isles had a pallet with stock on blocking the isles, then one of the workers was dragging a pallet truck with a pallet that had boxes on (not stacked properly on it) and as she pulled it up the ramp a box fell off and a pot came flying out and hit my mums ankle and smashed, the woman who was pulling the pallet truck just glared at us like she was giving me dirty looks, and didn?t even apologise, we hadn?t finished shopping at this point but I was so angry and annoyed at what happened and the state of the store I told my family it was time to leave, so we went to oswaldtwistle mills instead
