Loved this place! Had one bad order and vowed not to return, gave in and the order was bang on! Chicken Tikka chips with salad best in Blackburn.

Ordered food from here for delivery on Justeat. Order was marked as on its way within 10 minutes or ordering.
Justeat said it was delivered at closing time but never got the order. Do not recommend due to bad customer service and made no attempt to communicate with me.

Ordered 2 different 12" pizzas and large fries, both pizzas were identical and the base of the pizzas were hard and dry. The fries looked like they had been sat around.Called the takeaway to complain, to be told to send photos and wait for a call by the manager all doing this while should have been enjoying our hot food we ordered over an hour ago.Manager first disagreed that the pizzas were identical, then refused to take the food back or send out fresh food because he said he had sent out good food. We order food every weekend and never have i encountered this quality of unedible food or every come accross unprofessional behaviour from a manager at a food place. Disgusting incompetent manner of customer service from this takeaway . Will never order from them again.

We ordered JustEat tonight and we wanted a nice decent takeaway to end the week. WE GOT COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE. To be fair, the driver was 15 minutes early which was a nice surprise.The food was a HUGE letdown, unfortunately I don't have any pictures but the burgers looked like something a uni student would make at 2am after a party, we ordered free lettuce and tomatoes on both burgers and we did not get any. We actually had to put veg on ourselves because the burgers would have been too dryThe fries were mid not having any crispness or chrunchiness just being a sad lump of cut up potatoes.Usually people order takeaways like this for an actual proper burger. Not something that looks like it is from maccies.If I had known what we would get. I would have definitely ordered a mcdonalds .All in all, don't come here. Actually go to some proper takeaways in blackburn. I reccomend kings Castle
