Lots of people milling around like ants with no defined purpose.
The "selection" of shops are awful with many retail units empty.
Not a pleasant experience, even the so called food court is downstairs occupying what was intended to be a market. But be wary, this isn't open on Sundays.

I think the Mall in Blackburn is probably one of the better ones. Loads of shops and variety, good for clothes, discount, household and other stuff and something for all sorts of budgets. There is market within which is small but decent. Nicely and lively atmosphere and a good place to shop for all sorts.
