Please avoid this shop at all costs. The manager Alisha is an extremely rude and nasty person. She screamed in my face waving her arms about and refused to give me her name or the number of head office. This is all after the day before I was lied to and tricked into purchasing the membership and 2 bottles of perfume the same. All I wanted was a refund for one of them!
I had to go to the perfume shop round the corner for them to help me with her name and the number for customer service. They were extremely nice and so helpful after I was left in tears by the horrible manager. I have definitely learned me lesson to never shop there again. Please avoid at all costs and give your business to the perfume shop round the corner.
I have contacted head office yesterday morning and as yet have still not heard anything. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced by a long long way!

One lady not really helpful, instead of focus and help me find the perfumes I was looking for she just showed me 2 perfumes and was talking to her co-workers all the time. When I came to the shop she was just laying on the counter and didn't even say hello till I said it, not very inviting. She still made a sale on me but I won't be buying there again.

Laura, in particular, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the perfumes they offer. Her friendly and expert assistance made my visit truly enjoyable.The fragrance shop is definitely the place to go for all your perfume needs. Thanks to Laura?s excellent customer service, I found the perfect perfume set. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great selection of fragrances and top-notch service.
