Had my lips done today and I was very nervous, Lois instantly made me feel at ease she talked through every step of the process. I felt so comfortable and calm, what an amazing woman! Couldn?t recommend anyone better

Well where do I start, I?ve recently had a dermaplaining and hydrating facial by Nicole and the whole experience was amazing! From the moment I got there to the moment I left! Nicole made me feel relaxed and I walked out glowing! The whole experience made me feel relaxed and I can?t wait wait for my next one!Shakila does my nails and is so helpful, there?s loads of colours to choose from and I love them everytime, plus the vanilla latte is ??Lois does my brows and they look fabulous everytime, and she will also try her best to squeeze me in!I love visiting and they offer so much! ?

Went here after having a horrible experience at another salon. The staff were so lovely and were able to fix my hair. Great service, friendly staff, will definitely be going back! Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Would not recommended, I went to get my tapes put back in and my appointment was at 15:15pm and I didn?t get seen to till 17:10pm. After an hour of waiting I asked how long they would be and they said 10 minutes, another 55 minutes went by. I even took the old tapes off ready for them to put the new tapes on so it saved time for them. After waiting nearly two hours they asked me if I wanted to rearrange and come back another time so I explained I couldn?t because I was working and I booked it for this day for a reason. The manager went on to say I should of booked on a Wednesday and Thursday as they had more girls in who could fit tapes in even though the manager was the one who booked me in for a Tuesday. After all this I expected a good discount due to the inconvenience caused, when it came to paying the manger gave me £10 off the original price I asked her if she was serious considering how much I had been messed around and she insisted she was only giving me £10 off I was in complete shock and disgusted with the response and her attitude towards me especially being the manager!! It was also not the first time being messed around here.Service: Hair extensions

I came in to get my hair cut and coloured. I have very thick curly hair and am always told how overwhelming it is to colour and style. ?Helena at the colour and therapy lounge worked without once making me feel like it was too much or too difficult. We joked about how many times she had to go get more products!Absolutely fantastic service. such a good job with my hair I can?t recommend this place enough.Gail is lovely too. She was so complimentary of my colour.Thanks ladies. It?s not often I get to take time out for myself, but I?ll definitely be coming back to yourselves when I get time in the future!We didn?t take any pictures in the salon but I haven?t stopped looking in the mirror and taking pics since I came home.Services: Hairstyling
