I absolutely love The Brookside, they did my hair and make up for my hen party and wedding. Lydia and Steph are very professional and excellent at what they do.Lydia has done my individual eyelashes for my holidays and she's a perfectionist. The last as well.Highly recommended and can't wait to book in again.A definite 10/10

I booked in after my regular hairdresser shut and I was not disappointed. Chloe took time to understand and listen to what I wanted and I could not be happier with the cut and balayage. I absolutely won?t hesitate to come back next time I need my hair sorting!Services: Hair coloring

My lash girl had been on holiday so I had to find someone to do my infills I contacted the brookside after seeing on there website the price £30 for Russian infills. The lady on reception took my booking and was friendly..I came from the other side of bolton once there was told to sit and wait Lydia came out about 6 minutes after my app time took me in asked what I wanted then never said one more word to me I was lay there for around 40 mins in this time I could hear her fiddling about half the time and only touching my face properly around 10 times before she told me she'd finished she passed the mirror to my utter disappointment I looked nearly exactly the same she'd not even put any on the e d of my eyelids she'd added a few tiny lashes disgusting. I asked her is thar £30 she said £25 then went on to tell me a load of excuses about the timing of the appointment which it doesn't mention anything about time on the website. She also said I'd need a new set which i know is bull because I'd had them done 2 and a half weeks before.I've been to a few people over the years and have always come out with full lashes which you would expect for what your paying. Stupidly I paid I didn't get a goodbye nothing so rude.I rang 10 mins after leaving to complain the girl answered and obviously I was livid she told me that Lydia had told her she shouldn't of booked anyone in for infills so right there I new she had taken her annoyance of the app out on me a paying customer the girl who I think was called Emma put the phone down on me I rang back twice for it to say Emma is on another line probably on the phone to her manager.I left a message asking for someone to call me back and heard nothing absolutely disgusting behaviour think they can just ignore people and it will go away which after reading some of the reviews other people have had similar experiencesAvoid this place horrible customer service and no regard to people's complaints and the manager or who is running this place should be ashamed of themselves hiding away.AWFUL AWFUL AWFULService: Eyelash extensions

10/10 service. Melanie is fantastic. Knows what she is talking about and is an absolute delight. Always remembers what we spoke about last time and it feels like a catch up with a friend! Good prices and great service.

I booked an appointment for root touch up, full highlights, cut blow and Olaplex had to pay £108 upfront because they don?t like payments by card, I got to my appointment and was told they couldn?t see me because the receptionist had not booked out enough time, I had take a days annual leave so was annoyed, they fit me in the next day but the hairdresser was in a rush and decided that she would Color my roots and the rest of hair instead of what was booked for, I wasn?t too keen on this option but said I trusted her judgement, the Color was horrendous it took all the Color out my hair left it yellow/white, I was asked to wait to see after it was dried, she was roughy drying my hair and burning me, I asked her to stop as it was just a massive frizzy mess, I ended up in tears, she then put a toner on and I went home with a bag on my head and washed it off at home, I didn?t even get my hair cut.I called today asked to speak to the stylist who was busy the receptionist asked if she could help and I said no and I wanted to sort it out properly so they booked enough time to fix my Color and cut it, the receptionist was so unhelpful and actually said how dare I speak to her that way and hung up, I have not received a call back from the hairdresser or manager. Paid for a service and basically left not being able to leave the house as I look awful, shocking customer service and refuse to talk to me or refund me. I will go to small claims court if I have to, had to see my GP for the rash all over the back of my neck.Service: Hair coloring

Had a relaxing massage here. Very nice room, so relaxing, excellent staff, who gave a lovely massage. Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
