Racist, hostile, unfriendly staff calling Asian customer code name 'yellow'
entering the store via store headset. Abhorrent. Elderly male staff behaves in a prejudiced manner to Indian customers.

Avoid!!!!This store has the worst service than any Tesco I know or have been to , went to drop off my EVRI parcels this morning at 8:30 , no one on the manned tills , no problem I waited and waited then the Asian man that works on weekends only started to casually stroll in behind the tills , didn't even acknowledge me ,not said good morning, he then got the scanner and and said to me the scanner isn't loaded and I have to wait , I waited and waited again , then scanned.my parcels and said afterwards that he can it wait for the post office to start offering Evri to customers , I said I am sure Tesco gets money for the parcels , he said come on 3pence , I left the store and came back in and complained to Karina the store manager as I had the same problem 1 year ago with a different individual in that store , they do not want to work and they do not want to be in that store , They do not value customers or know the value that customers bring to that company , he also said to me that Tesco's do not want the grief of doing Evri parcels , if this is the behaviour of Tesco's staff , Tesco's shouldn't be doing any 3rd party concessions in their business .They always have smart comments to make in this store and I hope this gets dealt with yet again , if I have time I will be writing another email to the CEO as this store needs to be seriously investigated.

Don?t bother with your parcels/packages at this place. The obnoxious bald old bloke with earrings in will do everything not to take it, as will all the other useless staff. Computer isn?t working. Item won?t fit in the tiny cage. Etc etc - wonder why EVRI bother using this place, horrible staff with shocking attitudes

Appalling service from one of the members in there , definitely wouldn't call him a team member ( almost 6ft with grey hair ) , more of someone that is without a doubt a bully, I even had to complain to the ceo of tesco's about this individual's behaviour and attitude towards a customer that is bringing their parcels in for hermes. I wouldn't dare do any food shopping here for obvious reasons even though I live fairly close to this store . One rotten apple has spoiled the whole bunch indeed .
