Went shopping today and the DATE'S on the products are absolutely disgusting. There were a couple of days on them . No matter what i was trying to buy the dates were disgusting. Also there were alot of staff doing the online shopping, they didn't even check the dates, why are they not checking dates especially as they only had a couple of days on them.
I'll go back to asda

I always have a great experience shopping at Tesco, and it's definitely my go-to supermarket. The selection is fantastic, offering everything from daily essentials to more specialty items, and I particularly appreciate the wide range of fresh produce ? it always looks vibrant and high quality.
What really stands out for me is the organization and cleanliness of the stores. Even during busy periods, the aisles are generally tidy and well-stocked, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with queries or point me in the right direction. Their efficiency at the checkouts, especially with the self-service options, makes for a quick and stress-free shopping trip.

Been going to this Tescos with my Nan since I could remember we went early tonight like around 8 o?clock , my Nan sits in the trolley has she can?t walk very far I walked atleast 4 metres up the aisle to get some biscuits for my nans biscuits tin turn around to head back to a shocking horror ONE OF YOUR STAFF MEMBERS WAS RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE WITH MY TROLLEY WITH NAN STILL IN IT
absolutely fuming sort it out Tesco won?t be returning here .. Asda from now on

Rude. customer service. Rude People on the floor I asked for help. The guy ignored me 3 times never shopping at this metro. Again, that's the third time that I was ignored, and people were rude to me. At this metro.

I would have put 0 starts if I could I'm a mobile mechanic that was there to fix a car for my customer a few weeks ago to get the car moved off there car park and could clearly see I was a mobile mechanic as I was fixing the car under there camera but today I received a fine though the door when I was sorting the car to get it off there car park what a joke
And teaco new the car had broke down and there was a mobile mechanic on there way to fix it

I will never be coming back to this store again to shop are to remove a broken down car from your car park messers

Horrible experience!!! The staff their needs to be replaced SPECIALLY the man who works in customer service with the dark blue beard and wears glasses I believe he was bald as well! This is my first time in the UK I?m visiting from the states and he made my views on the UK horrible.
He racially profiled me the second I walked in. I?m a young black (educated) female the last thing I would think about entering a store is to steal . I first noticed him following me to the first aisle I went to and didn?t think anything of it until he stayed with me for a little too long . I decided to go to another aisle where not even 5 seconds later he followed right behind me . I then wanted to test him to see if he was truly following me and decided to go to the previous aisle I originally was in and he surely did follow right behind me. When I went to the checkout he was RIGHT behind me and touched my checkout screen without even saying anything and rudely stated ?you need to add the bag? mind you again I?m not from here we do not buy bags where I?m from so I genuinely did not try to not add the bag purposefully. Even with me catching him following me I still replied saying ?oh I?m sorry I didn?t know? and he walked away.
I later went again around 8pm and I noticed him at the customer service counter. I went over to buy something .. mind you the man in front of me ( not black) he failed to ID the man and proceeded to give him all his items and successfully checked him out. It was then my turn I asked for the item and he rudely blurts out ?ID? . I proceeded to open my bag which my cousins who CAME with me checked out their items and came to meet me so that we could all leave together . He then says I need to see everybody?s id?s .. EXUSE ME? He clearly made that false rule up on the spot because I was the one paying for my singular item my item had nothing to do with them. He then says if they can?t show id he will not service me. And of course I got upset hence him racially profiling me earlier. He gets upset that I bring it up and threatenes to call the police on us. And we proceeded to leave.
It honestly hurts me to think racism is still alive in this day and age I?m a regular paying customer like any other individual in the store but yet because I?m black he of course has to treat me differently. This has never happened to me in my life and I felt very degraded.. this is why racism won?t end because of things like this, WE ARE ALL EQUAL.
