Food has arrived missing all meal deal items twice. I waited nearly two hours for my food, only received the sandwich out of my entire order and it was rock solid and freezing. Really need to sort it out.

The girl that served me this morning she admitted that she was having a cold. She serves food for the love of God. Gloves ok but she was whipping her nose all the time. No eggs no sausage no bacon at counter. Very bad service 1 star if i could give less I would

The most disgusting staff members I have ever came across, the 3 girls behind the counter had a very stinky attitude towards customers. If any of you reading this get a qualification or a degree and i?m sure you will get your dream job. Looking at other recent reviews I can tell this is a daily occurrence at this subway. I?m just shocked at the management that nothing?s done even after all these bad reviews.
Just disgusting staff, avoid if you can.

Honestly never had any issues with subway, but this particular subway I have had the worst experience ever, if I?m asking for extra sauce then looking at me and ignoring me when I?m paying for it? Dont get me started on the attitude with the staff members it?s so unprofessional and don?t understand how they?re still allowed to work there, would not recommend coming to this subway at all

Asked for a 6 inch bmt as it comes , the meat was chucked on without the slightest care or interest , a good inch missing meat as it was hanging out the other end , then I was asked what salad so I asked again as it comes , met with a sigh of derision and had to request the salad , which again was chucked on with half of it stuck to the outside of the sub because of the lack of care or aim then just wrapped up , spent just under 13 pound on two subs a drink and crisp , would never return

I ordered from Uber Eats last night' pretty simple order of nachos, salad, garlic bread slice, and cookies. so simple and idiot could make that right ??? I mean all the ingredients are customizable on the website so come in a list for the staff to throw together easy right?? WRONG!! WHO FORGETS TO PUT CHEESE ON NACHOS ??? its 4 ingredients Doritos, salsa, jalapenos, and CHEESE! You know what did have cheese on though the rock hard stale bit of bread had a tiny bit of burnt cheese on it. now to the salad customizable list of ingredients to be thrown in a box, nope added stuff I didn't ask for or want, didn't add stuff I had asked for. Uber did refund £1.04 for dips that didn't arrive but no compensation for the shoddy food that was supplied. whole experience was awful. Tried to call the shop no answer and no way to speak to anyone ..... cookies were good though

I am only giving one star because I visit beehive subway haslingen quite regularly, I have noticed this pattern with one of the lady staff member around 8pm. One time i saw her making my sub with same gloves she was using to clean the table beside and other times she keeps touching her hair in between making the subs, then she continues to use the same gloves for other customers as well. She talks very rudely, very slow service while touching all the unhygienic surfaces around her or hair then finally she does not know how to roll the subway wrap, everytime it?s completely falling off or i feel like i am having chicken with chapati.
I feel this review was necessary because my other colleagues have experienced the same and sometimes we are working hard so much in hospital, we look forward to this one meal and if this one meal is made like this then you can tell how one can feel. Zero stars for the service and hygiene

I went to subway beehive blackburn and the young girls behind the counter did not know what to do she put spicy sauce on my food without asking me about any salad or sauce and she short change me so very bad experience with beehive subway never again

The staff didn't have a clue about their menu, were very unhelpful and seemed poorly trained. Twice I've been now and they're always lacking stock. Foll me for thinking it was a one off
