Came in the other day. Food was good. Didn?t like the lady at the counter as she were rushing me to pay. Shop were quite, no other customer in but me. My sub wasn?t even done being toasted and she kept pestering me to pay. Not like I?m gonna run off without paying. If it were I?d understand, but this wasn?t the case. It were sheer boredom from her.

Service from the staff was terrible, they talk under their breath to you and you can barely hear what they?re asking. One staff member removed my sandwich from the toaster before the timer had even ended at 05 seconds which definitely affected the quality of the sub. All three staff members felt like they didn?t want to be there and the man at the till walked off while serving me to get a drink for himself while asking the other staff member to take a cookie out for himself as well. Not a very warm atmosphere either! Even though this is the closest to me I?ll probably visit the other subways in Blackburn from now on instead, since this isn?t the first time I?ve felt like I had a bad experience at this Preston New Road branch!

Service standard is aweful and staff will take breaks as and when needed leaving customers waiting for 45minutes.Staff doesn't even know how to talk to customers, i was ordering and staff member continuously ignored eye contact and was busy chatting with fellow colleagues whilst responding to my requests with "hmm, hmm" very rude!

Friendly staff, quick service. To be honest just your average subway. Good seating area with power sockets available.Parking: Very limited parking

Disgusting unprofessional behaviour by staff. Giggling, immature and not paying attention to customers orders. The amount of bad reviews for this subway speaks for itself. Manager get your staffs act together!
