I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway. I sat down for literally a minute or two while waiting for an Uber, and despite the restaurant not being busy, a staff member shouted from across the counter and told me to leave. When I said I was just waiting for a taxi, he responded, ?you?ll have to wait outside,? and pointed out that the other customers had ordered so they could stay.
I wasn?t causing any disruption, just sitting quietly, and the way I was spoken to was unnecessarily rude and embarrassing, especially in front of other customers. I understand policies around seating for paying customers, but there?s a respectful way to handle these things and this wasn?t it.

Went with my 2 kids , I selected the kids sandwiches then selecting the 12 inch sandwich for my self but was unsure with option I needed, I made the choice and then changed my mind and because I changed my mind the Asian lady (all white on duty when I was there excepting her ) she became quite stroppy May 17th around 1pm on Saturday, when I went and sat with kids , I had to apologise to my kids for her behaviour.Not very good experience, all others were friendly.

All staff were so cheery and bubbly!! As an Assistant Manager of another Subway, I was thrilled with the service :) and the sandwiches and cookies were beautiful, thank you!!

Relatively nice food, rather expensive but it always has been. The only issue I had was that one of the sandwiches was a bit nuked.

avoid! very poor service, cannot get what you want on your sandwitch (this is the first subway I meet something like this) ignoring customers, no drink machine only bottles from fridge (all sugar free), very expensive.

For the year and a half I've been going here since my college years began I've been loving this place to bits, the workers here are pretty chill,what me and my friends get are usually meal deals as we get more for our value,I will say the food here is very good, the bread fresh and tasty from the oven, the topping new and freshly madethe atmosphere is well... a mall, so nothing spectacular its a mall subway after allthe service is very helpful, the workers there are understanding and polite, as well as really socialthis place does get crowded during early afternoons so if you wanna avoid the que's then arrive around passed 3 or 4 for best service as less people usually go there around that timeOverall I give it a IGN 10/10 go there if you want a subway don't go to the train station one or any others around because it wont be any better as you can get with this one

My partner attempted to order a plant based steak sub. The older gentlemen behind the bar seemed to have a problem with our accent or something. As when we said ?no, the vegan one? when he tried to sell us the normal steak, he slammed down the bread and said to his colleague ?you deal with that one?. Not sure what his issue was as we run restaurants and are always very polite with hospitality staff as we are well aware of how difficult customers can be. I think he needs a job where his customers won?t irritate him so much! Didn?t catch his name, but the older guy. Totally uncalled for.The lady that served us second was otherwise very polite and pleasant.

They wouldn't let me ask for extra toppings it's only steak and cheese ....what's the point of having the toppings there...I wanted to add tomatoes and olives and cucumber but it's not possible for some reason in this place! Pay 20£ and can't get proper sandwich as we want it.... avoid them.

I don't know why I love this place so much. Call it nostalgia, call it whatever. The bread smells amazing and is always fresh, as are all the toppings. There's always plenty to share with little mouths. It's great

Had a cheese and ham toasted sub with lettuce and peppers, enjoyed it. Had a hot chocolate but it tasted weaker than normal.
