Ordered 6 Frappuccino?s for the kids and friends - we normally go to a different place and it?s was closed. Well what a big mistake the worse Frappuccino we?ve ever had. Do not purchase this drink from Starbucks - not worth the money won?t ever be going here again. Zero stars

Closes at 8pm but online says 10pm?? Been twice now once just before 8 they said they were closing soon and then kicked us out at exactly 8pm which was very rude, then thought we?d try again the next day and at 9:30pm it was closed. This would be fine if online it stated it closes at 8 and not 10!

Visited early morning, it was very quiet. 2 members of staff, hardly any customers but dirty tables! Unfortunately there wasn't any interaction at all when we were served by a very surly young woman, it was only 9.30 and she but she gave the impression she definitely didn't want to be there. We've been in this Starbucks a number of times without any issues, this was definitely not a good visit!

Nice, relaxed coffee shop. Food expensive and can get busy at times. Throughout our hour having lunch, nobody cleared any tables that were piled up with dirty crockery and food waste. Otherwise OK.

I visit my Elderly Father in Blackburn every day of the week and I also visit this particular Starbucks every day of the week to buy two drinks, one for my Father and one for myself.
Today whilst sat waiting for my drinks to be prepared in the drive through I watched one of the serving members of staff cleaning the jugs that the cold drinks are made in. They were quickly swilled and rubbed around with his bare hands, leaving much of the previous contents still in the jug and now all over his hands. Then without drying his hands or even rinsing them he made my drink in this jug? he then grabbed my cup and lid and poured my Frappuccino with dirty water still dripping off his hands and over my lid and cup.
After watching him not properly clean at least another three jugs like this, and then pouring the drinks without even as much as drying his hands, I pointed out to him that he scores zero for hygiene. I cleaned my lids and turned down an offer of fresh drinks because I didn?t have time to wait..Needless to say the drinks were binned. I should?ve asked for a refund.
It?s my last visit to this particular Starbucks? At least I?ll be £80 better off each week from now on.. Basic food hygiene was none existent on this visit.

After submitting my review below I made a complaint to Starbucks HQ who replied almost straight away and advised that they would pass my comments to the local management.
A few days later I called at this branch again and I noticed a staff member called Oshin was working here; I?d not seen her before. Wow, what a worker! This lady is an absolute shining star for Starbucks and she really knows how to multitask! She worked on the bar like she had 8 arms; making drinks, advising colleagues, talking to customers, and taking orders on her headset from drive through customers. AND she made one hell of a cracking cuppa.
I?ve called here regularly in the last couple of weeks and my experience has been much the same and it can only be because of Oshin?s leadership. Today I witnessed her very kindly coaching her colleagues whilst doing her regular job.
I really must emphasise once more that Oshin has clearly made a big difference to this branch, and she has won me back as a regular customer. Thank you Oshin. Other colleagues here are also great such as Raks who always greets me with a smile.

I have been to this branch of Starbucks quite a few times now, but only once has my order been recorded correctly, and only twice has the coffee been drinkable (made by a woman with blonde hair around 6.30am earlier this week).
I feel so very let down by this branch because when I am charged £5 for a cup of coffee I expect it to be drinkable. After all is this not what Starbucks is all about? Making coffee?! Additionally, drive-through customers seem to get priority over those coming into the store.
This afternoon a chap took my order and he was clearly so engaged in listening to a conversation on his headset that he could not understand my order. I repeated it slower (for about the 4th time) and he eventually repeated it back correctly. I didn't taste my coffee until I reached my destination but when I did I found that it had no caramel syrup, and that caramel wasn't even on the label. So even though he repeated my order back to me after the 4th time of repeating myself, he still got it wrong.
The coffee today was made by 'Samaa' and even without caramel it tasted lovely, so top marks to Samaa for a lovely tasting coffee, and who's coffee making skills stopped me from going back to this branch and creating a scene.
This goes to show that although there ARE staff working at this branch who do their job well, the vast majority (in my experience) either do not listen to the customer, or they make coffee that tastes extremely bad.
The store itself is rather nice and there are lots of seats. I have eaten here a few times and I have no complaints about the food, it has always tasted lovely.
Parking can sometimes be an issue, depending upon the time of the day, because the far car park is not solely for Starbucks' customer us, so it can get very busy. This afternoon one woman parked her white BMW in the entrance to the drive-through exit outside of Starbucks, which caused some queues because people couldn't get around her. Not the first time I've seen that, so this area can't be checked by security that often.
Parking: If staying more than an hour you need to add your car reg to a tablet in Starbucks by the tills.

Really nice star bucks. Great decor. Brilliant coffee when you get it. It wasn't busy but it seems if you are ordering a hot coffee no matter when you or how you order it. You get priority over the cold beverages. Which in this case was not good for us. Also staff seemed like they didn't want to be there not my usual Starbucks experience. In other places they are normally very chatty. There is a drive thru at this one.
