Usually I?m a regular. Most of the time the brews are rank, but it depends who is on. Only 1 lad and 1 girl make good brews out of all them lazy workers there.3 times I?ve came to get a brew and they?ve shut an hour earlier, sometimes 2 hours early! Absolute lazy workers. I?ve got a video of proof that they close early. So guess who?s going to be a Karen and complain? Me. If you don?t like your job or you?re just lazy as hell, GET ANOTHER JOB.

Was fined £50 for parking for 95 minutes !! Had no idea there was a time limit, was dark when I arrived and staff did not mention anything about parking limits. I'm a regular at Starbucks, and I consistently enjoy their coffee and diverse beverage options. The quality and taste are reliable, which is why I keep coming back. However, the prices can be on the higher side, and occasionally, the service speed can vary between locations. Overall, though, Starbucks consistently delivers a satisfying coffee experience, making it a go-to spot for my caffeine fix.

Not very good as they had no cups to drink from when we was sitting inside had to have it in a take away cup. The tables hadn't been cleaned and dirty crockery left on tables.Needs better orginisation from the team of staff I think or manager

The coffee was awful and the drinks were really rushed when being made, I got the maple caramel cold brew and my brother got the clotted cream fudge cold brew and they both tasted exactly the same, which tasted like just a strong coffee, the barista took no care when making the drinks, so disappointed.

Lots of indoor seating and also some outdoor. Very clean with friendly staff. A good location near the Motorway.

Lucy from the beehive Starbucks was really friendly and accommodating. It makes a refreshing change from other coffee shops where the staff look like they don't want to be there. Keep up the good work Lucy.

I downgraded this review because the service has just dropped to an all time low. Staff today stayed hidden in the back room and I waited to order while they chatted in the back for 5 minutes. The server came eventually with no apology and didn?t even ask what I wanted, just stood there with a ?well are you gonna order? look on his face. Very sad to see a great brand wrecked like this. Last time I?m coming here.This is quite a new Starbucks and tbh it never really gets too busy but the service does take a longer than others, I like the fact that they ask you to take a seat and they will either bring it to you or call you when it?s ready. One big negative is they have had some new staff and they are clueless. Today I was charged the 5p take out charge for the cup when I was staying in and had the mug. Staff asked me if I was staying in but rang up the 5p anyway.

Only had two of the three drinks available and only delivered one?but still charged 24 pound inc delivery?couldn't sort it on phone so had to drive there for the difference..very disappointed.

Went via drive through so can't comment on food or atmosphere. Only slight niggle is coffee isn't hot enough.

Ordered two caramel frappe one with dairy and one with soya to take out as my child has dairy intolerance only to come home and find out none of them were marked as soya, absolutely disappointed and a waste of money and time especially when it took ages to order
