Absolutely disgraceful!Just before eid I had a patch test done and this salon said they have a lash technician who does lashes however after I had booked my appointment for 8 in the morning luckily I rung before going and the owner of the salon said I have no appointment and I?m booked in for the evening. When I asked if I can come morning instead she said okay I?ll let you know, after no contact I rung again to be then told that the lash technician has gone awol. I waited another hour then rung to be told ?the best option is go to another salon? seriously!! A day before Eid! I then told her I feel like I?m being fobbed off and I?ll leave a review about it, she then said okay I?ll do your lashes then, come now.I went and the owner did my lashes semi permanent which should last 3 weeks, then 2 days later huge bunches of lashes fell out. I made contact and asked her to sort them she said she?s busy and offered £15 back refund which was given to me.I then contacted her a few weeks later for infills which are almost always done from the same salon and her reply was ?Hi hun hope you well, Unfortunately I let go of my lash technician. The salon won?t be providing lash treatments until we replace her. My reply was Hun you?re the one who did mine anyway and it didn?t take you long. There shouldn?t be an issue will you doing the infill because you applied them.Here was her reply - I?m not the lash technician for the salon atmWe don?t provide these as of yet xMany thanksI?m booked up with other treatments xSo the woman who did the lashes in the first place couldn?t infill them, clearly she was the lash technician to start with and I got totally fobbed off!! Stuck with lashes that couldn?t be infilled by any other salon. I?ve attached the screenshot of the conversation! Totally shocking service!!
