Had a wonderful encounter with a polite, cheerful and helpful member of staff today. Jay on the gaming counter was lovely and obviously experienced in his role. He helped me collect my Christmas parcels and explained fully about the returns. It?s so nice to see friendly customer service and I hope he gets some recognition (and a Christmas bonus).Thanks so much!!

Always have shopped at Smyths for years, not gone anywhere else. I made a visit last week to the most loveliest greeting from a young gentleman by the name of kash. Kash was a security guard but now Kash is on the store floor, it is the best thing to have happened. Kash and staff are a credit to the company and long may it continue. Thank you for always being so kind professional and going that extra step. Kind regards to you all. Maria.

Came in looking for PC Gaming peripherals and although the range of products stocked wasn't especially good, the member of staff who assisted me was very friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.Would suggest stocking perhaps one more known brand to compliment the Razor products.

We visited last Saturday. My little boy took ages to decide which bike he wanted. A lovely member of staff called Dominic was really helpful and spent a lot of time helping him pick the right one. He loves his little police electric bike. Thank you

Its Black Friday so Smyths Toys decide to increase their prices instead of lowering them like others have lowered.The Tow truck was £119.00 yesterday 23rd Nov but now its gone up by £10 Why is this ??? :-(

Undeniably rude staff. Visited today to treat the little ones, noticed one shelf had a few items that they would've been interested in, but no prices or tags anywhere. Asked nearest staff member how much they were, grunted at and said I'd have to take them to the till.Questioned if I'd have to take a handful of products to get scanned for prices when she realised, then got some sort of machine to scan prices. Bit of friendliness and willingness should have dictated that she did that first, but no. Quick enough to scan, bark prices at me and talk again with presumably a family or friend member.Be kind Smyths, you don't know what kind of days someone is having. Customer service really let you down on this occasion.

We went in store today for a new car seat and was greeted by a lady called Amie . Amie was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the car seats and shown us how to best fit a couple of them into my husbands van. We wanted to thank her for all her assistance today.

Judgmental, rude, unprofessional just a few words to describe 2 staff in particular! Safe to say I won't be going to this place nor will anyone that I share my experience with.
