Santas Blackburn is DISGUSTENG. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it tasted chewy and the meat was flavoured horrendously.. The ?chips? were raw, might aswell have gave me a potato and I?d have cooked the chips myself. The chips were soggy swimming in Santas special dodgy sauce. Chicken burger made me feel ill and was pink inside, highly undercooked. Kebab was okay. Santa needs to get himself back up to the North Pole and do what he?s best at (not cooking food).

First and last time to order from santas pizza.
Food came 40mins late and cold. I don?t even think the food is cold because of delivery, one of the items was cheesy chips - the chips were cold and the cheese wasn?t melted at all, so I think they plated it up cold at the takeaway and sent it out cold - otherwise at least some of the cheese would have melted right? £4.50 for cheesy chips also!
The pizzas are very bad quality, frozen pizza bases and fake cheese.
The tray of cold kabab meat was tiny, never saw a portion that small from any takeaway, I didn?t even order the small size either paid for their biggest size.
When delivery drive arrived I got a call from an unknown number to say ?driver has arrived? then hung up - no idea why they didn?t just knock on my door like every other delivery person. I looked outside but couldn?t see anyone, so I called santas to explain what happened, santas then called their delivery guy, and only then could I HEAR the delivery guy, I couldn?t see him because?(I?m not joking)? HE WAS HID BEHIND A BUSH IN MY FRONT GARDEN!!!! The most bizarre delivery I?ve ever had at this house. - I have this on ring camera!
They also missed stuff from my order, but was only sauce so never bothered to contact Santas about it.

Worse fries ever. Cold, chewy and lifeless. Even the kids didn't eat them. Kebab was ok although the 'salad' consisted of shredded cabbage and onions!

We live in Darwen and order our Pizza and Kebabs from Santas. They always arrive hot. The quantity and quality of their products are outstanding. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Made an order online for my work colleagues and me. I ordered a kebab combo , chosen Donner and peri peri peri chicken. Got the food delivered got all the food bar the kebab combo with Donner and peri peri peri chicken. They have sent a peri peri chicken with fresh haljupinos so called them up and told them we're missing the kebab combo with Donner and Peri peri chicken. They resend my order but gave me exactly the same peri peri chicken only. I WANTED DONNER KEBAB!!! one job guy one job and you can't even do that

5 for atmosphere is for the delivery drivers from this place, never been in shop, but the lads on drop offs represent the place fantastically.Never had a bad bit of food from this place! Prompt delivery, always piping hot, generous with the pizza toppings too! Highly recommended.

food was delivered quickly but it had no taste it was a garlic bread with cheese it had no flavour I had extra spicy beef didn't taste of anything cardboard was tastier. literally a bit of dough cheese and tasteless beef 9 inches £14 never again in my life

Awful food.The pizza was like chewing rubber/plastic.The chicken 'fillet' burger was a big nugget piece.Disgusting.Went straight in the bin as it wasn't edible.

it's the garbage, don't order it, old food you kay get food piosend. it's not grill, it's frozen kebab and heated in a oven. spilled some sauce over it so it get socked. and looks like an old person skin.

Positives - arrived fast and was hotNegatives-taste like tinned burger meat-pizzas bland-garlic sauce awful-microwaved chicken strips(had a chewynes too them)-pizza dough like pre made roll out stuff you buy from the shop
