Ordered 1pm Thursday and received delivery on Friday at 8.30am to York. Absolutely great service, especially as they personally deliver orders from Blackburn. Another bonus was the 88mm jiffy hangers I couldn?t find anywhere! Will be using again +++++

Do not use. Not only do they use poor quality products that they sell are silly rates, they treat staff incredibly poorly hence the constant turnover.I worked here from January 2022 until December 22. In august of 22 I lost an immediate family member only to be told after a 2 day absence from the office that ?you cannot have time off we have a business to run?. This was said by one of the directors, Sue Bury.I then suffered incredibly from stress brought on by R&J and in turn was hospitalised and put on sick leave by my gp. R&J WITHHELD my sick pay every single month up until December when I finally decided it was time to go and retrieve my pay. When I arrived I was met by Malcolm Bury and 2 other members of staff who told me to leave or they will call the police (I am still a member of staff at this point).After this they sent me an email making all sorts of ridiculous claims in an attempt to get me to resign. In the end I had no option as I felt too uncomfortable to return.I am proceeding with legal action against the company, however in the meantime I hope nobody else is treated like this.PS. YOU DONT GET A SALARY! AFTER 3 MONTHS YOU GO ONTO COMMISSION ONLY!AVOID AVOID AVOID

Managed to order all my stuff through a friendly guy called Sam. They were cheaper than anyone else, saved me loads of money, and had it delivered to me the very next day! He even did it for cheaper than the website, delivered down to Kent and much better quality than my local!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The lady who runs the business is very childish, hiring staff back that verbally abuse other staff members all day long and attempt to assault the warehouse manager. Tells you that you can't have a covid test until breaktime when you express that you are having difficulty breathing. IF YOU GET A JOB HERE I WOULD MAKE SURE YOU HAVE KNEEPADS, ELBOW PADS, SHOULDER PADS AS WELL AS YOUR SAFETY SHOES AS HEALTH AND SAFETY WITHIN THE ESTABLISHMENT IS VIRTUALLY NONE EXISTENT. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A JOB WHERE YOU JUST HAVE TO BE MISERABLE AND PUT YOURSELF IN DANGER EVERY DAY THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Let me share a little R&J secret with you all. Once upon a time there was a company based in whitebirk called R & J, the bosses didn't not care about worker safety did they? So what I'm about to say may not even shock you anyway, nicola the boss knowingly keeps fire doors covered with stock items, workers in the past have called the fire brigade to come and assess the building, as soon as the fire brigade arrives, nicola stalls them in the office after informing one of the staff to tell all the warehouse staff to quickly remove things from infront of fire exits. This happened on more than one occasion. Zero care for safety of workers.
