An amazing salon. I have been going here for years for all my treatments and nowhere compares. From the massages to the facials - all members of staff are amazing. I particularly love Lauren and Julie who go the extra mile to ensure I have a good treatment and give great advice. Highly recommend

What an absolute gem of a beauty clinic. I've been coming here for overa decade! The staff have always been helpful, friendly and professional. Even when they have been rare times, I've had to arrive late, letting them know in advance has always meant they could see me. The owner Julie, is an amazing human, more understanding and patient than anyone can give credit for. Thank you for your treatment recommendations and for always listening to what I need. I always recommend you to friends and family and they've thanked me for it! I hope I'll be coming here for another decade and more! :o)

My daughter missed her very first appointment due to me forgetting what day were on so was deducted the full amount rather than the 50% as stated. Be careful of recommending someone as you?ll be monitored for their attributes and would be penalised as you recommended them. A few times the manager messed up my appointments and I have been extremely cooperative as we?re neighbours so have been on the cancellation list most of the time. I have spoken to the receptionist as Julie the manager will not confront you. She had papers with issues on and all it was that Julie had enough of me with rearranging when I clearly explained that this was Julie?s fault for not booking in system which she?s aware of. Apparently when they?re fed up of you, they?ll take all your deposits and you?re out. Yet, we?re neighbours!! I take their parcels etc!!!

Loved this place. I come here every few months but my last visit was very disappointing. I usually get the crystal clear microdermabrasion and Lauren and Julie have been great. I have had 1 treatment with Danielle and she was new she did an amazing job. My last visit however, it is meant to be for 60 mins and it finished in 40 mins. No massage was done which usually is included and i was sat in the dark for the last 10 mins of the 40 mins. I was shocked that i paid for a deluxe microdermabrasion when I didn't get anything deluxe. Should have been an express.

My relatives organised a spa trip here and we all got massages. Everyone had a great time and we all commented on how good the experience was. The staff were friendly and we all left feeling very relaxed.I look forward to coming back next time I?m in town!
