I went in to the Clydebank store on Thursday 3rd July, I spoke to 3 members of staff about different items and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I don?t normally comment, but felt that people are very quick to complain and not so quick to give praise. I use the store a lot and always feel the staff do a great job. Thanks again.

Went to the men?s department for a pair of jeans.The Oriental lass in charge was absolutely fantastic.Nothing was too much trouble for her and when I told her my specifications,she took me to the product which was exactly what I wanted.When she knew I was satisfied,she went back to sorting out the clothes where I found her on arrival.A conscientious and hard working young lady with a very pleasant persona.I will be back for T.shirt and shorts soon.Primark have got a star in the very tidy men?s clothing department.?100%

I really like the products, truly very good selection they have but the service is/was awful! Anytime I go there the Customer service people staying in groups talking to eachother not paying attention to anyone or anything.
Ask them something, and they'll look at you like you're in the wrong place all together!
Please if you don't like your job or you're paid lesser or for whatever reason, just change it because you're spoiling the reputation of the whole place and this place has a lovely selection of products.
I had given 3 stars because of the excellent products, self service check out couters and one time only one sweet young girl helped me with looking for a top in my size matching my trousers. She was fantastic at what she does and smiling for a change.
I can recommend this place for the huge selection of fantastic clothes which aren't very expensive and that red hair lovely girl who was extremely friendly and helpful.

Bought a pair of shoes from here as mine broke as we?d just got into Blackburn. No size 5s so had to get a 6 (or so I thought from the hanger), put them on outside so I could take my broken ones off only to realise they?re a size 4 and have been put on the wrong hanger. Woman at the till said they?re not doing anything about that because they?ve been put on outside. Definitely should?ve been given a replacement for free but instead had to buy a new pair. I couldn?t care less if you can?t re sell them, you should pay for YOUR mistake.
