Disappointing Experience at Premier Convenience Store
I recently visited Premier Convenience Store, and unfortunately, it was an experience I won?t be repeating. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an overwhelming smell that made me want to leave immediately. The store had an unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to browse, and it honestly felt as though the cleanliness wasn?t a priority.
The most frustrating part, however, was the service. The worker behind the counter was incredibly unprofessional. Not only was there no greeting, but when I asked a simple question about a product, I was met with a dismissive attitude. The worker seemed uninterested and gave off an air of indifference, making me feel unwelcome and unimportant. It was clear they had no interest in providing even basic customer service, let alone going above and beyond.
In addition to the bad atmosphere and poor service, the store itself was disorganized and not well-stocked. It?s a shame because this location could have potential, but the lack of cleanliness and poor attitude of the staff really make it hard to recommend.
I won?t be returning to Premier Convenience Store anytime soon, and I suggest they take a closer look at both their store environment and the level of service they provide if they want to keep customers coming back.

Numpty that works there on a Saturday morning needs to fix up!They forget we are paying customers, we don?t expect to be served by a mute that doesn?t even want to engage in the basics of telling us how much our shop is before taking the notes out our hands! A simple ?hello? is not to be heard. It?s a shame because the other members of staff are really polite.

The shop looks decent but my god the two brothers that are at the till are complete weirdos, they both have some serious attitude problems. The other guy at the till is cool and doesn't constantly look at you when you walk in the shop, if you're the owner of this shop you need to clearly fix up !

Me and my cousin went to this shop yeah and after like 2 mins the shopkeeper accuses us of making noises and then when we went to the counter he starts being aggressive with my cousin for no reason ?, and when my brother comes in he tells him to go out for no reason, poor customer service very disappointed with the staff
