Ace 5 star always replace our pet's from there when they have had a long happy life with us, had hamsters, gerbils mice,over the years, we lost our last ?hamster the other week and have just committed our self's to a rabbit ? she is a sweetheart and we love her ?

Here you will find everything you need for your pet. Large selection of pet food, lower prices than in other stores, additionally they give promotional coupons. Very nice service. Since I visited this store for the first time, I only buy cat food there. I highly recommend this store.

Horrible experience with the vet (Sophie)! The vet was awfully rude, insensitive and had absolutely no time to check over my cats even though it was my kittens first appointment. She got mad at me for not holding them tight enough when she didn't even tell me she was injecting yet. I had just walked through the door!!!! Now i'm stuck into a years plan with them. ?

We frequently visit P@H and Becky is always incredibly friendly, helpful and an absolute delight to interact with. She has given us great advice on multiple occasions and is always happy to spend the time to ensure we find the products we need. She always makes our staffy feel welcome and comfortable! She is a great asset to the store and is one of the main reasons we return on a regular basis.

We?ve been with the vets for nearly a year now, and yesterday really showed why we trust them. We had a little emergency with our cat, and despite it being a bank holiday and them closing at 5pm, they still managed to fit us in and see our cat the same day at 4:30pm.
The service was outstanding, and they acted quickly and professionally. We honestly can?t fault them?really grateful for their care and support!
