Overcharged 2-3 times a week. It all adds up and is inconvenient, the system needs updating when offers are on as the staff don't know. Sometimes I can't get back same day to rectify it and as they don't give receipts routinely it can't be refunded another day. Fridges are always broken, pongy sour milk smell sometimes and when it rains there's a huge puddle on the floor inside which is dangerous. Needs maintenance badly.

Went to use the Evri machine but it was broken.
The shop itself seems to have everything you'd need from a corner shop.

I used to love this shop staff always friendly and pleasant and always stocked properly. There was a lady left working there months ago and my did we notice the hole place is never stacked up the new staff members are like zombies do not try to interact you will get a grunt. Bring back the lady who kept that place going I believe she?s called Tracey and at another store bring her back!

This store really needs to train its staff on customer service !Although I appreciate that collecting parcels can be time consuming to the staff it is however a service they provide therefore they should not be obviously inconvenienced. There are only 5 staff that are pleasant and one has since left and is now at another store. the other is a lady with a brown Bobbed hairstyle a lady with long brown hair and an Asian gentleman. The younger staff come across as rude and ignorant... I actually do not like collecting my parcels from this store and if I could I would relocate my collection point.

Great store. Staff are always friendly. Always busy & well stocked up. It's our local shop & kept us going through lockdown. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love there fish and chips they are very friendly and you can ring up and order it and tell them how long you will be an they have it ready for you when you get there
