Staff are friendly OK, it can take a while to get served but fairy ok. Was in the last night 6th March. A member of staff pointed out they were being robbed, he pointed to a womal filling her coat and a back with items from a shelf and when I asked if he was going to stop here he said something along the lines of 'no point, police don't get here, we can't do anything' felt bad for the staff but annoyed they couldn't do anything

Used and store as long as it?s been open Iv also worked for this company in the past most of staff always polite and friendly store always tidy .But the one thing that does happen ALOT is store should close at 10pm. Closing. At 9pm on a weekend is not good and one over this would of never happend without good reason and without warning this alone lets the store and company down in a big way I?m sorry to say

Aren't you the manager Ben Bronson ? Your staff are not professional and very rude, I have been shopping in here for years and I have also been using the new store down the road but it seems whenever I shop in either store staff are more focused on discussing other staff members or complaining about their work place so I have now decided to take my custom elsewhere, personal opinion there is no way that either store rates 5 stars as you have given them
