A very good local store, shop is clean, stocked well and very easy to find where things are located. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Some good offers on in store which are visually easy to locate. The manager Naz is very kind, caring compassionate and always greets you with a smile. Thanks naz for your hard work

I have been going to this store for many years. It's well stocked and easy to find where things are. Priced/labelled well. I have always found it to be very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful Shelly, Huma and esp Naz (Manager) She is Very Caring, Compassionate, Helpful and Kind always greets you with a smile and informs you of any good offers in store. Naz is a Angel on earth and a big credit to the store/company. Thankyou Shelly, Huma and Naz keep up your good work.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service. Majority of the time they always say Sorry we are not accepting Evri Parcels Today. Same excuse all the time. Very incompetent people. Evri should remove there machines from this Pathetic Shop. They are unworthy of it and incapable of running the Evri Parcel service as they most of the time are never available or just plain excuses because they cant be bothered to keep our parcels in there shop. A service they're presumably being Paid for by Evri. I hope higher management of One Stop in the UK take not of this pathetic disgraceful run local shop in Blackburn.

I was attempting to walk into the shop to purchase a bag of walkers max when a teenager harassed me stating his name was umair khan and his dad was the manager. He then went on to verbally harass me , stating my mother looked like jbizz and how my father was obese. I wish nothing but the worst for this little man and I hope his school expels him and his dad gets fired.

Staff working there is rasist, they attacked me when I tried make the purchased, pushed me, threatened. I've got a video of it, will make a complaint. If nothing will be done about it, will go public.

Worst shop ever, the people working there are very rude. Closing the shop before the closing time, pushing customers, pulling things out of hands. Not recommended at all.

Visited earlier this week, I got served by the grumpiest old man who literally didn?t open his mouth even when I asked him a question. To top it off, I dropped three parcels off and he lost two of them until I threatened to come in to check the CCTV! Miraculously the parcels were found. Should be 0 stars tbh. The other staff are always nice, just him, has no customer service skills whatsoever!!!
