Every time I head into Next and this isn't just a Blackburn Next, its every Next you don't keep all sizes in Jeans and other clothing, now I get I'm a common size but keep more stock in these sizes of each style. I visited Next today to exchange a pair of shoes and was served by Lianne. She was incredibly friendly and made the whole process smooth and easy. Lianne was very helpful, answering all my questions and ensuring I found the right size. It?s always a pleasure to have such great customer service. Thank you!

Dale in the menswear was absolutely fantastic! We were on the hunt for a suit for my boyfriend for a summer wedding we have this year and had no idea where to begin. Dale was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and really took time to introduce us to a variety of different options. We couldn?t recommend Dale at Next more! Thank-you!

Went to collect a parcel today, asked a lady at the store and gave her my name-she directed me to a tablet to enter my order number and then disappeared into the back of the store. I thought she?d gone to get my parcel, after waiting for 25 minutes I asked the lady at the till whether there was anyone around who could help as I?d been waiting for a while. Her response was ?It?s just me here and I can only do one thing at once?. I appreciate the staffing levels may have been low but some communication from the other lady would have been professional and a 25 minute wait to collect a parcel isn?t great either!
