Customer service is really bad. I came in the other day and I feel like the workers just look at you like you?re about steal. They follow you around and they just don?t smile. Nobody is helpful there.

I had an issue returning the items that I had paid for through PayPal on the 28th April. The woman at the till insisted she must see my PayPal wallet to verify the card I paid on. Then complained that I had too many cards on it and she couldn?t see my payment even though I had originally shown her the payment but she had dismissed it insisting on seeing the wallet. Then when I showed her the payments page again she couldn?t find the right payment. I had to point it out. She absolutely was not listening and made this harder than it needed to be. When I pointed this out she didn?t apologise or acknowledge her mistakes. It should have been a straightforward return but it took over 5 minutes to sort and she wasted my time unnecessarily. She really didn?t have a clue. I insisted they should have a better policy because I don?t have to do this elsewhere. I know what card I paid on but there is no trust which is a joke. She proceeded to tell me that that is why they don?t recommend paying by PayPal which is ridiculous because it?s not an issue in other stores and I have never heard this advice and it sounded like she was telling me off. Why offer PayPal as an option then? Really doesn?t make sense. They need to invest in a more customer friendly system and staff that know what they are doing.
