Been many times here to Nando?s, the chicken is to die for, love it. Well worth the waiting time for a seat. Thank you.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of children which is always nice to see children out for tea with family.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchair users.

It is NOT Halal, stunned meat is not acceptable as there is doubt on if the meat was electrocuted before slaughter. The certification is HFA which allows stunned meat. Be careful muslims what you eat.

I recently dined at Nando?s, and it was fantastic! The peri-peri chicken was juicy and bursting with flavor. The sides, especially the spicy rice and garlic bread, were delicious. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, it?s a great spot for a tasty and enjoyable meal!

Food wise it?s a standard Nandos. Only slight things is it does get quite busy and often have to wait if trying to go at busier times. However Staff are always very kind and accommodating when this does occur, clearly communicating what time to roughy expect a free table

Went today and there was an issue with my food, however this isn?t why I?m leaving a review I just wanted to say how lovely and polite the girl who dealt with me was and also how lovely + prompt the manager was. It can be stressful working this time of year so to still see and be given such great customer service felt like it needed a mention. We were a table of 4 sat on table 7 at 12pm just so this can get back to the correct persons. Thank you

Very very bad service, staff keeps saying we're next, waiting 40 minutes for our food and the manager came to apologised only to say they couldn't find our order receipt.

Staff there are very unpleasant and rude.

First ever visited to a Nando?s. Overall we left disappointed. It wasn?t for us and its unlikely we will visit another. Although there was nothing overtly wrong with the food for what we had it was expensive. There are places offering better quality food for less money.
We were greeted upon arrival. Friendly member of staff who found us a table and explained a little of how things worked. Such as you could order at the table using the app or at the counter. Seemed a good start but this was pretty much the end of any real interaction with the staff.
We ordered at the table using the QR code. In hindsight wish we had gone up to the counter to order. Had to mess about confirming e mail addresses, telephone numbers, etc. Then get my card out to set up payment. Probably would have been easier and safer to go up to the counter. Not over keen on paying for a meal in a restaurant upfront before it?s been served either but that?s a personal thing.
Drinks arrived pretty quickly but £3.99 for a 330ml lemonade wasn?t cheap. No ice in the glasses. We realised afterwards that there was an ice machine up next to where you got your refillable drinks. But it was our first visit so it would have been nice to be told.. Overall it wasn?t the level of service we would expect from somewhere calling itself a restaurant.
Food arrived. Our server hoped we enjoyed our meal. Certainly didn?t come across as genuine or friendly. No eye contact made. Seemed to be just going through the motions. As I said nothing major wrong with the food. The chips were just warm though not hot . Rice was far from spicy. The Garlic Churrasco Burger lacked flavour. Only tasting of the garlic on the bread it came in. It cost £15.95 with two sides. And the portions not the biggest. We had ordered 3 chicken wings with 2 sides. It cost £11.95. The wings were gone in a couple of bites. Nothing we ordered had any wow factor which would make you want to rush back. So for us it was disappointing and expensive costing us close to £48.00 with just a lemonade and sparkling water for drinks.
Found the music quiet loud and, even though it wasn?t full, it was a bit hussle and bustle. Would not have liked to visit on a Saturday night but then we are getting on a bit in years and Nando?s isn?t really targeting our age group as customers.
One thing we did like was there was a sink where you could go up and wash your hands. A good idea especially when you are picking up chicken to eat it. Good to see members of staff frequently washing their hands there as well. Also liked that you could help yourself to the various sauces made available in different levels of hotness. But overall Nando?s wasn?t for us. We believe you can get better quality food at more reasonable prices served in a proper restaurant atmosphere.
Parking: Massive car park outside as this is used by those visiting the cinema and other establishments in the area. Free to use.
Wheelchair accessibility: Access for wheelchair=r uses looked good. Flat. Didn?t see any steps at all. Large electronically operated doors at the main entrance. Disabled toilet inside.

I've always loved nandos so when this one opened locally I thought I'd try it out and I wasn't disappointed. The food is really good and the service was good. Only thing was the wait was quite long to say there way no one there hardly. Otherwise all good ??

Don't go in often but thought why not just watched a film at Vue cinema.
And wow horrible all the staff just staring at me and my wife not saying anything to us about if we should sit down or even a hello when we walked in, so we were both just stood there and until we grabbed a menu and sat ourselves down.
Don't know if they changed this practice, but in the past they would come up to you and seat you at the table.
The food came out very fast which was a little scary like they were all pre made just slapped chips on them and sent them out.
I had the butterfly chicken breast wanted it to have lemon and herb ( But came out with medium sauce all over it) didn't bother saying anything about it cause we didn't get a check back on our table, and the whole meal was luke warm at best.
Will not be going back for a long time because of this.

Came to Nandos after a long time with my wife. Was a little under the weather so needed a light meal.
On giving our order we were served by Joel, he had great customer service and made a great suggestion for the cheesy pitta garlic.
At the table , young Jack brought out food and his hospitality was great, he had noticed that there was no rice or chips , to which I said yes i did order it.
He went and got me some hot chips.
Great lads, great service

Wheelchair accessibility: doors to the restaurant aren?t auto & a guest had to come help us through. booked a wheelchair accessible table ahead of time with the manager but on arrival staff had no idea about it.

On Saturday night, I went into this Nando's restaurant and requested to dine in. Despite there being empty tables, I was told that I would have to wait 40 minutes, so I decided to get a takeaway instead. Unfortunately, my double pitta chicken was missing the second chicken breast and did not have the chilli jam that I had paid for. Additionally, the peri fries were plain, and the corn on the cob had no butter. This experience was the worst I've had at Nando's. When I was ordering my takeaway, a lady with long brown hair tied in a ponytail who seemed to be in charge, came over and rudely shouted that there would be a 20-minute wait for takeaway food. I found this behaviour incredibly rude. Upon observation, it appeared that she was more interested in chatting with the security guard than in attending to the customers.
