Plumbing in every house has had issues, hot and cold pipes mixed up on every tap and some waste pipes not eve connected allowing water to pour through my ceiling. Fit and finish of bathrooms and kitchen is appalling. Left holes in the walls where their decorators put nails in the walls wherever they fancied. Customer service shocking, takes multiple emails before they even acknowledge your complaint

Absolute joke of a company. Ive worked for these and some of the stuff they do is ridiculous. Derek Barnes is sly and a snake and is not to be trusted. He owes thousands in unpaid invoices to contractors which is why he doesnt get any decent tradesmen doing the jobs.
