Absolutely shocking what is going on at Great Harwood Morrisons. The butcher has gone, the chicken counter is going to grab and go. The bakery is next for the chop and god knows what's going to happen to the Deli counter. I can see it closing down next that's the impression I get at the moment when shopping in store.
In fact I go more to Tesco now & a lot of other customers are doing the same.
If Morrisons can't offer what customers want they will shop elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I received some vouchers through my door last year for money off if you spent a certain amount. Got to the checkout and the cashier who didn?t engage in conversation whatsoever. Not even a hello said I red a more card to seem! Nowhere did it state on any of the vouchers that you needed a more card. My friend even checked them aswell for me. I will no longer shop at this store due to the terrible experience.

States it has a fishmongers, it?s just a fridge with fish in pre packaged.. popped in thinking I could get a nice net of mussels but they are all pre packaged in plastic packaging and already cooked. Not ideal

Used to be a good store, poor choice on rotisserie chickens say large but are very small and prices tend to be high ,great friendly staff

Nice place to shop, though I had issues with the aisle arrangement. However, good experience.

Friendly staff and there are rarely long queues as customers are served quickly. The blonde girl who is often on the checkout is always very helpful.
Only dropped a * as the product selection can sometimes be limited - though I can strongly recommend the tear and share garlic bread often on sale at the entrance.
