Have used click and collect many times what is it with the guy that picks the stuff and if the stock is unavailable the substitute option is abosolute horrendous the guy doing it clueless very lazy to know you pick the best items on sub if it was his own would be a different story

A decent sized Morrisons located in the centre of Blackburn opposite both the Bus and Train Stations. Large multistorey car park provides enough spaces for shoppers. Wide variety of stock and produce on offer at reasonable prices. Added bonus of a launderette in store allowing for ability to do washing whilst shopping saving for a trip to a launderette elsewhere. Everything is easily laid out and plenty of staff on hand to help should you require it. Huge number of both self service checkouts and staffed checkouts means that queues are usually small.

2 1/2 hours free parking ?very large carpark.
Great choices of produce and products easy to get around, staff very happy to help.
It?s a lovely and airy place to shop definitely worth a visit ?

Very rude staff in the store on my recent visit. Witnessed a staff member shouting at a number of customers who merely wanted a sandwich. She almost elbowed an old man and told a lady to back off because she wanted to price the products up first. I've never seen such unfriendly and abusive customer service in this store before.

loved the lion clock since I was young and even managed to get a comic cake for my childs latest birthday from here when I couldn't find any anywhere else and the kids enjoyed it. Not had a bad experience so far at this shop but having said that I don't go often as I don't live in the same town but its a good location just next to town and the train station and when I last went they had a cafe and extra shops inside too like a market in a shop.

Sadly this building is pretty outdated, it could do with a full refurb or maybe even moving over to the former Thwaites site! Big car park but always has a smell of cannabis or urine, sadly the cafe is now no more and it seems the only remaining icon is the jungle clock! Still a good store with plenty of variety but could do with an overhaul!
