“I recently went to Burnley O2 store to cancel my mother's contract as she is not with us anymore, the service I received by the Store manager AISHA was atrocious and not helpful at all. AISHA was very rude and obnoxious. As someone who has worked in the telecommunications industry I feel she is not capable of even the bare minimum communication skills never mind managerial skills ,my 8 year old could have done better. I came to the Blackburn store to resolve this issue and the service I received was WORLD CLASS from entering the store to leaving. I can not speak highly enough of the help I received from Nas,Issy and Umar. THANK YOU O2 BLACKBURN”
