Called in for breakfast and it wasn?t that busy but still had to wait for along time for my order. Service was appalling. This branch of McDonald?s has been going down hill with customer service.

Ordered a CHEESY bacon McCrispy with no lettuce or onion, instead I opened it up when I arrived home to a dry burger with absolutely no cheese.. how thick do you have to be to not put cheese on a CHEESY BACON MCCRISPY.

Within the last couple of months, I've ordered the same thing three times.
A triple cheeseburger, extra mayo, extra pickles, extra onions. On all three occasions I've got my burger home, seen that the items have correctly been added onto the sticker, only to open it up and find that they've in fact put on none of the above. It's not even that there isn't any extra. There is just none at all. In the past, I've also had terrible experiences where they've missed out entire portions of food. That stopped happening when I'd park up and do a quick check to make sure everything's there. NOW if I ever end up going back, I'm going to have to open everything up and check that they've assembled a burger correctly. It's beyond a joke.
In addition to this, if you want a mcflurry, half the time you may aswell get 2 because they clearly can't be bothered to spend the extra time putting in an actual serving size

McSpicy required cooking fresh, so had to park and wait '2 mins'. Took 10 mins, too long imo, but it was tasty and spicy. Expected it to be mild, but pleasantly surprised.

I ordered a McTasty meal and a McCrispy meal. We was only given one burger and one fries. I asked them to check and gave them it back. I was was then asked to park up. They fetched it out again and this time only had one fries. When I went back in I was told there was only one fries on the receipt but they would give me one anyway. I explained that a meal comes with fries we had two meals and one fries. Of course on checking the receipt it said two fries

worst food ever!! frozen cold burgers, the worst I have ever had and as a result will never eat mc Donald's again!! should be ashamed of themselves for serving such low rate food if you can even call it that!! avoid, avoid, avoid!! ???
