Sloppy prep of burgers, everything looks like it was thrown on the bun.
Got the wrong order again.
If the burgers get any smaller, if at all possible, I'll eat someplace else.

May be if you answered the phone then you would get a real response, the food was cold and the drink was leaking all over the driver just said put it in the bin , how is that customer service , I don?t mind paying over the top when I?m tired after work but ffs at least provide a proper service READ YOUR REVIEWS

Absolutely disgusting attitude from their so called manager Abbie. Never been so shocked by a managers attitude before.
I got my order which was wrong and when I told the girl at the window she had a face on and still gave it wrong a second time. I said it was wrong again and she started arguing with me.
I told her I wasn?t happy and wanted to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. I don?t know who trained her but she needs to be gotten rid of. 100% not manager material.
I then asked for a refund for the McFlurry that she gave wrong twice and she gave me a full refund instead of giving us the rest of the food that was ordered.
Something needs to be done about this. Absolutely disgraceful!

Can?t get any order right ever!!!
Been to this McDonalds a few times now and every time order has wrong either when going through the drive through or when ordering on just eat. Would not recommend this establishment one single bit!!!

Better then the Whalley/Clitheroe on. Spotless Gentlman caretaker constantly cleaning and typing up. Our now go to Maccies.

The staff are always friendly and I find my food overall generally good. My only reason for downvoting 1 star is that sometimes they get your order wrong or mixed up with another vehicle in the drive thru.
