Disgrace, children upset after this Uber eats order. 40 quid order and fries were a quarter full at best. 4th time this has happened so it definitely isn't a mistake. Restaurant purposely cuts down the portions to laughable amounts on delivery orders because they know there is no route of complaint. Manager put phone down when I called up to complain. Don't order from here for delivery.

Never get any orders correct i would put mcdonalds ewood as one of the worse McDonald's out there don't get me wrong some of the staff are polite and respectful but most of them don't smile and look as if they don't give a dam

I ordered a few items through my McDonald's app. They forgot to include a Big Mac to my order (the main thing ) so I was left hungry.
Called the restaurant they told me to go through the app.
Went through the app which told me to contact Uber. Contacted Uber and waited for an hour listening to music before hanging up and calling it a day. So yeah nice one ??

Had a large order and this was put in delivery bags sealed i was impressed that they thought about it however items missing and the phone number on receipts just ring endlessly, the systems of pay and wait make no sense you que twice and orders never come out in number order, had to ask were my order was after a 35 min wait. They did replace missing items but it ment driving back and the other food been colder than the cold mess it was, burgers looked thrown together and all food was cold. I've given this numerous attempts before posting as everyone can make mistakes but this Maccies never changes staff more interested in having conversations rather than concentrating on work

Over half an hour for food and drink, which was quite good according to others. A constant stream of just eat etc. seemed to take priority over paying customers waiting. You would expect the food to have been hot and fresh with the turn over but it was neither. No one told us the wait and people were allowed to keep ordering. No apologies and it appeared no management.
