Extremely disappointing. We?ve been frequent customers for a long time and always pick up our orders, making sure to reiterate our dietary requests before the food is made. Yet, they?ve given us real duck instead of mock duck - twice! We?ve also specifically requested no egg while ordering, only to get home and find a fried egg on top. Clear instructions are constantly ignored. After so many mistakes, we?ll never be ordering from here again. If you have dietary restrictions, don?t risk it - this place is careless and incompetent.
Dietary restrictions: Completely unacceptable. I?ve been a regular here for a long time, but after repeated mistakes, I won?t be back. Every time I pick up my order, I make a point to confirm dietary requests, yet they?ve still given me real duck instead of mock duck, more than once! This on line service says 10% discount but they never add the 10% discount, and when you challenge them regarding this they just say you have to pay full price , surely they are not allowed to do this false advertising, plus they have put all their prices up and the food is not to its usual standards very disappointed, will not be ordering again

Salt and pepper munch box was the worst I?ve ever seen and tasted. Dry and plain, wouldn?t even feed to my dog. Delivery driver was very rude to my partner also? would 100% avoid.

Every dish we ordered was dry .
£4.50 for some cardboard chips with way to much salt, literally gave me lumps on my tounge.
Will not be ordering again, stay well clear !

Nicest Chinese I've had in blackburn, and loving the 40% just eat discount, ordered 3 Fridays on the bounce. The duck/pancakes and steamed dumplings are recommended

Cold undercooked salt and pepper chips. Only one piece of onion. Look and tasted reheated but still cold. Special curry cold and congealed and very bland. Dont waste your money

Given a 2star because of quick delivery. Chow mein was tasteless dry and barely any chicken. Special fried rice was claggy rice and very little meat.
