Why do marks and sparks have ONE changing room in the lingerie area?? ONE. On my visit some lady occupied the changing room and kept asking for different sizes and I was waiting for 20 mins with children. There was possibly another but it was locked and when I asked staff they said they only have one changing room. It's just not acceptable.

I wanted to thank a lovely compassionate bra fitter named Jill who works part time at the Blackburn store who helped my disabled 88 year old Mum with a bra fitting today. She was kind and caring and respectful . We truly appreciated her care and attention and as a result ordered six bras. Well done Jill. We really appreciated your efforts.

Love the Percy Pig products, I have everything from clothes, kitchen stuff, cushions etc. the sweets and biscuits are so easy to eat and full of flavour. ?

Very disappointed. Will not visit Blackburn M&S again. No wonder sales are down and branches closing. Watched member of staff stood there watching the doors just look on while 2 mum's were struggling to get through the door, it was almost as though she was laughing!!!!! Went round the food section and the staff were unhelpful and rude.. once of a day M&S had quality staff as well as products. How times have changed. Very Poor

Reassuringly and consistently disappointing, so much so our most recent visit to the store will be the last.
I understand M&S have had to undertake cost cutting measures, so the store and business stay alive, but it's really noticeable with every visit, less and less of the good M&S is visible. I know businesses do need to change, but the store is a mile away from the core values M&S had.
Especially the cafe , the cost cutting is far too noticeable.... regardless if they are reducing the things they need to wash ( probably so they can do without an extra person employed) but impacting the environment using disposable products instead. Very short sighted
