On the back of my credit card statement, it states I can pay it in cash at any branch, so why did the cashier tell me I couldn't pay my credit card balance in cash?

Went to Blackburn yesterday as Clitheroe has now closed very unhappy with this decision. At blackburn it's very impersonal slow waited 20mins to be served they certainly don't have enough staff on tills. LLOYDS get your act together going backwards FAST

Went into the branch today to get a bank statement printed off. I was greeted in the line by a man that worked there. Told him I just needed a statement printing, he then took my card stick it in his little laptop and began to out loud tell me and everyone in the bank my overdraft limit and how much I was over that limit and then threatened to close my account if not rectified soon. Time for a change of banks well done.

Never have banking deposit bag, always waiting in the queue for 30 minutes or more just to get more bags and always get given one or two ?because of a shortage? last time I was given coin bags. Ridiculous, I deposit 30 deposit bags a week, what is two going to achieve?
Same answer since January ?There is a shortage?

Was made to feel like a criminal with more questions than a police detective by the woman on the desk when withdrawing cash. 1 or 2 questions are fine, but asking 6-7 questions is ridiculous. She must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed or this must be her default attitude, both are highly likely. Will not move any capital to this account & will stick to the banks I currently use

Been waiting in the queue for 40 mins, plenty of staff around just floating whilst one lady serves who's trying to fix a broken cheque machine. Appalling system, I'd give it 0 stars if it was an option
