I had a fantastic experience at this hair laser removal clinic. Zahida was so friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I've been getting full body laser hair removal at ICON - she goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable, it isn't ever painful and the atmosphere is always very relaxed. Thr results from only 3 sessions of laser so far have been insane and way better than I could have hoped for. I actually enjoy getting my laser done here and highly recommend it.

10/10 service. Lovely and friendly staff. Great result after just a couple of sessions.Icon use the higher end laser hair removal machines and it shows. The results after just a couple of sessions are amazing. Much better than some other studios I have used in the past that use cheaper machines.I travel to Icon from Southport, there are many laser studios between Southport and Blackburn, but they seem to either charge extortionate prices or use the inferior machines.

Last minute i called for an appointment full body wax, it was facilitated for me. I had shabana she was really good made me feel very comfortable, she has good hands very quick and efficient. Staff are really nice and the owner does really accommodate your needs. Stayed late behind to do my eyebrows which I didn't book but requested so very thankful for that. Overall first time experience was outstanding the salon does varies of other treatments. I booked in for a hydro facial this coming Sunday excited.
