Awful experience- buying a pair of socks. Untidy store with limited staff members. 2 unhappy male staff members on the till down stairs especially the male with the piercing. Clearly unhappy to be there. When asked about why the upstairs till was closed - he replied no staff. Customers were clearly getting annoyed at having to wait 5 - 10 minutes in the queue - staff asking everyone for email addresses didn?t help! Appreciate you want data but not to our expense Thankyou. Not visiting again.

I was served today by a tall gentleman who was really polite and friendly and even helped me find offers on the H&M app! If he hadn't bothered, I would have paid full price for everything and would have been none the wiser. But the fact he took his time out to do that was really nice of him ?? Brilliant customer service!

The store was busy. The queues to the till were horrific. Quite a few people put their items down and left the shop without buying . Needed more staff ,never seen a queue that long . Shocking .
