I love Herons aka B&Ms, I?m visiting family in Blackburn and popped into Herons and all I heard was staff shouting at each other in their headsets? one staff member was even swearing while on the shop floor and children were near by. So unprofessional? I will be writing to area manager

Well stocked store with a vast selection of frozen goods as well as those usually found in supermarkets. Staff friendly and helpful. Large store relative to the location and as a result on the occasions I have visited they never seem to get overly busy.
