Honestly, Halfords is an incredibly reliable place where you can purchase high-quality bikes that come with amazing offers and discounts! I bought my mother a bike as a present and it cost £220, and I was thinking of not buying it, but I waited a few weeks and an awesome discount of 35% off has appeared on all bikes, perfect timing! I also got an offer of 25% off when trading your old bike in which I have taken advantage of.

Not what I expected when I booked an old bike in for a silver service package, yes the frame had been wiped down but that was it, dirty tyres, seat, handlebars etc, it was advertised that the brake cables would be replaced which is what I expected on a 15 yr old bike, but I was told they hadn?t been done as it wasn?t necessary??????? You told me they would be changed ???? When I challenged the lady at the store she just kept justifying that it wasn?t needed but they could do it if I left it, I?d arranged a van to pick it up as I live quite away away so that wasn?t really an option, when I queried a note on my report I was told that something on the bike was broken I asked why they didn?t change it or let me know, to which I was told we did try to call you, and made me feel some how that it was my fault, I had no missed calls but at least 6 txts telling the progress of my bike, I am confused as to why you didn?t txt me ??? I pointed out that the rear wheel was filthy and the gears were all full of gunk and hadn?t been cleaned or oiled?? oh that?s not included in the £80 Silver service package!!!!! Just wish I?d taken it to a small independent who would have done a better job and not been quite so defensive and condescending, don?t use Halfords that often and it will be a long time before I go back !!!!!

I have had many, many attempts at getting a brake light changed for my mini convertible. It seemed to be the job that nobody could do, a few garages said it was fixed and I drove away with it still not working. Stephanie and Zubair have finally sorted it out for me, very polite, even though it was a tricky job. Thank you very much!

Had a very disappointing experience when I came in to buy some cleaning products to be greeted by the manager (Steph) who was clearly having a bad day and wanted to take it out on everyone else. The rudeness and gruelling attitude not only to me but to her staff was horrific, would not recommend shopping here if she is on shift!

I have been coming to Hanford for the past 5 years now and it?s always been a very good service and experience until the new manager I believe is called Steph was there ,she is utterly rude and disrespectful not just to me but I?ve seen it first hand to other customers I simply asked what the best polish is for my car and she snapped at me saying ?can you not just wait ? very aggressively this made me feel so uncomfortable and forced to leave the store I will not recommend this store anymore ,Steph has no manners at all and is so unprofessional,I?m really shocked from the way she talked to me ,this needs sorting out

Booked on line which was some how cancelled due to staff error, store phoned rebooked and when turned up no appointment. Plus side a staff member called Ali at the Blackburn store saved the day and sorted everything, well done Ali

Customer service absolutely terrible. Had a booking at 3 got told no one was available to do it. Multiple employees on shop floor stood around having a chat with each other. Manager was apparently too busy to come to front desk. Actual person who did check for the booking was outside having a cigarette and a sandwich whilst I was waiting. Manager wouldn?t come kept saying was busy with a customer when there was no one else in the store and then said on their dinner. Appalled by the conduct of the employees and how they deal with their paying customers. Will not be coming back to the store!

I took my Nextbase front and rear dash cams out of my old car.Halfords ordered me a new hard wiring kit which Conor fitted very neatly and efficiently.I had a free health check which also provided me with a £5 voucher.

I?m giving these five stars entirely to the wonderful female worker with the rainbow nails and fantastic knowledge, help and application of all of the above at Blackburn Halfords. Amazing person, so helpful and definitely one of life?s gems. I?m so sorry I didn?t catch your name. If you read this, you?ll know who I am when I say ? go and see Lion King in the West End whenever you can? ?? And you were brilliant helping me today. Thank you.

Care plan expired on the 17th of August. Which I believe expired in SeptemberIt is now the 24th of August.Advised If I still wanted a service I would be required to pay. Acknowledge it is my mistake, however I thought after years of being a customer there would be some discretion

Ali was very helpful and arranged for me to have some new front windscreen wipers fitted to my car straight away. They're brilliant and Ali made the whole process very straight forward for me.

Went in and asked staff for help me buying, jump-start for car, as have no knowledge, was pointed from counter towards "that isle" to go n see yourself. Couldn't make my mind up which is suitable one so went back to counter again, said my requirement n answer was we don't have it now. Thank you for help Halford. Went to Moffats a local supplier n bought one from there exact what I asked for. Message for Halford is if this is what you keep up with, one customer may not make difference but one by one ..... do the math.
