I called in today for a sandwhich for my dad in hospital. They didn't make the fulling I wanted on the bread I wanted. I asked if they could make it foe me and there was no problem at all. They couldn't do enough to help me. Such fantastic customer service

Awful, cold pastys either not cooked properly or yesterday's left overs, sausage bap had 1 sausage!!.. felt sick after, had to ring head office as possible food poisoning risk. There seemed to be about 7 staff but only 1 serving and the others not doing anything. People were walking out, awful customer service. AVOID IF YOU WANT TO NOT BE SICK.

Check your receipt. The breakfast baguette and coffee seems to randomly get put through as two more expensive items than the one Deal. Two days in a row now.

No bacon again!! Low on sausage and apparently today only one sandwich as we need to save for other customers?? Order more stuff in and make sure breakfast items are there or at least in the oven cooking when your low!! It's not rocket science.
