Be aware! Poor quality composite doors. You will have problems after problems and their guarantee is a big joke. They will blame the fitter, the weather, your cat and maybe even your head teacher but won?t resolve the issues with the door.

Shocking service and really poor quality !!
I had expensive replacement composite doors fitted some time ago by a third party independent supplier?
After many visits to adjust the fit of the doors which wouldn?t close or lock properly - the local branch manager of GAP eventually agreed to replace the doors- and the branch manager even came out to ensure that these were fitted correctly.
One of these doors have since warped and obviously has a manufacturing defect, but neither the local branch nor their head office will take any responsibility for the issue. Their advice is to contact the local supplier, who again says GAP are simply stalling and getting nowhere!
I am stuck between two companies that will not take responsibility for this issue !

Ordered porch beginning Sept. 21?..still waiting for it virtually 4 months down the road?.some parts are in, eventually, but some are not. Now been told a major piece is not in as it was not on the original order, which it was. Having to wait now till the end of Jan 22 for it, which then will be 5 months waiting. Also it will add to the cost presumably as it wasn?t originally ordered. Just ridiculous amount of time and being told all sorts of rubbish excuses why the stuff isn?t in?when this order does eventually arrive, which I am not holding any hope for, I will never use or recommend this company to anybody else in the future.
