The manager at the store is extremely rude and unhelpful. I went to farmfoods recently and I purchased 3 daz washing powder when i went tot the till the man said to put one on the till so he could scan it and leave the other 2 in the trolley. When I went to unload my shopping into my car I realised one of the daz washing powder was ripped from the bottom and the powder was spilling everywhere. I went back inside to ask the man to swap it for me and he accused me of purposely dropping the box and said that he checked all boxes when this is not true he only checked the one he scanned. He didn't believe me when I said I didn't drop it onto the floor then he said he'll check the cctv footage as he was convinced I had purposely dropped it. I said to him to show me it when he didn't. When he cam back from 'checking the cctv' he just said swap it and this is too long to deal with. My main issue was this man's attitude. Customers have complete right to exchange a damaged product, I paid for it I should get the full amount. He was extremely rude and embarrassed me infornt of other customers. There was someone else working with him I went to her to ask for the store manager turns out he was the store manager. It's extremely disappointing that the manager of the store is doing a terrible job whereas the other employee was helpful, kind and apologised on his behalf.

The price and the shop is very good I'm not gonna lie their chicken is so good and cheap but the cashier is crowded and i don't like it.

It is what it is. Nothing fancy but very budget friendly with many big makes of food available as well as value for money farm foods own. Staff are always friendly and helpful
