Complete waste of time and useless.
Booked an appointment to sell my car, got bombarded with email reminders but when I got there, the sales men there couldn't do anything. Apparently only one guy can deal and he was not in. Complete joke. Save yourself the effort and fuel go to 'we buy any car'

Poor customer service.
They fell well below par. Arguing and interrupting. They are simply not interested once you leave their forecourt. I will never use them again and I will discouraging people I know to not use them.

Asad was brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and managed to find us a great deal on a car within our budget ? something that felt tricky elsewhere.
He was transparent, helpful, and never pushy, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated how he kept us informed throughout and went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted in time for collection.

I would avoid this branch of Evans Halshaw. Because of the brand name and polite friendly service I felt I could trust them. This trust was shattered after signing contracts when I was told the spare key for the vehicle I was purchasing was missing and unaccounted for. No genuine attempt had been made to make me aware of this. Do not assume you can trust them even though they are a main dealer.

Really appreciate the excellent 10/10 service from Nick who was helpful and honest throughout. He took the time to provide videos and advised us on a test drive route with dual carriage ways, winding roads, and small roads which was really helpful. Also very much appreciate the initial input from Adam and Jason.
We bought a used BMW X1 and look forward to picking it up. I will be recommending Nick and this Evans Halshaw dealership to family and friends looking for a new or used car.
