“The game selection is wide but some game genres need increasing. Prices are quite expensive but service is usually good. More expansions for games could be brought to the store possibly, such as Sims and other games with expansions. Otherwise a great store to buy games and hardware when needed!”

“Shout out to Currys Blackburn and their staff! Especially to Luke who is an absolute star! Not only we got professional guidance and advise, but he also helped us with two of the staff to take our new TV out and when the box did not fit in our boot, Luke stayed after working hours with me and my daughter until my husband went to bring bigger vehicle to take our new TV home. It was on a Sunday end of the working day. This lad is a credit to the store! And thank you for everybody who helped us!”

“Recently visited the shop with my husband... just to have a look and guess what? .....looking turned in to buying a brilliant television!For many years we bought our televisions from shops such as Currys and Commet (before it closed) but we never felt satisfied by the sale or the quality of information given to us. The quality of the televisions poor!We made a decision to look elsewhere and 10yrs ago we purchased a panasonic plasma tv from this shop. At that time the service was brilliant! The gentleman who sold us the television was helpful, patient with us and explained everything carefully. We were completely satisfied and experienced good aftercare service.On our recent visit (just for a look!!) we were nicely surprised to see the same gentleman which was great. Whilst in the store he spent time with us discussing information about the most up to date technology with tv's. He was aware we were just looking which made no difference to our discussions and the time he spent with us. As I say looking turned into buying without being pushed into making this decision. Again the gentleman was patient with us, explained things clearly and was most helpful.We would definitely recommend this shop for a consistant friendly and helpful service from a gentleman who knows the products he sells.”

“This local high street shop is situated within the Mall in Blackburn Town Centre and is run by a team of staff and volunteers who are usually happy and helpful, although on a few occasions there has been poor customer service when they were busy.  The great aspect of the shop is they always have a good range of quality pre-owned men's, women's and children's clothing and accessories. They also sell pre-owned books, music cd's and films on DVD. I love bargain hunting and must admit that I have managed to grab a good few bargains from the store and in return have felt honoured that some of my money spent will help a great charity such as British Heart Foundation who are dedicated to find new, better treatments for people with heart and circulatory disease, or develop new ways to better prevent or diagnose it.  GREAT JOB GUYS!”
