Last night called into the florist never been in before ! Granted was a last minute decision for a birthday present. I asked could they make up a few flowers to the value of £15.00 I was told that the flowers this week was expensive, wasn?t asked who they were for or the occasion or did I want something particular! . I was then given no more the6-7 individual flowers wrapped in brown paper and the ribbon tied round wasn?t even curled nicely.pathetic bunch thrown together ! I was totally gobsmacked and really upset and dissatisfied I really should have said I don?t want them but I was in shock and came away upset after the lady said and you have been under charged at that ! Today had to go and seek more flowers for the birthday present . I went to good old marks and Spencer?s bought 3 bunches for the same price and made myself a beautiful hand tie ! Shame on you at Easthams secret garden I will not be recommending to anyone else !The first photo is from Easthams in brown paper and the other photos is what I did myself .

I have this year ,2021, received several deliveries of bouquets from ,easthams the secret garden. All via interflora. The flowers on all occasions have been poor quality and I've been lucky to only have a couple of flowers left within the week . Some died after 2 days. In all honesty I would buy elsewhere. Very disappointed.

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day been to see my mum today absolutely disgusted with them! Paid £45 plus £7 delivery !! Could have got better for £5 from supermarket! Will never use again or recommend!

I ordered a "surprise me" bouquet of flowers for my step mum's 80th birthday which she is celebrating today. She has just rung me (I live in Worcester) and she is over the moon with the flowers. She said "they are the best flowers she has ever received".I am so very thankful for the florists for making her day so special.I used Easthams for my Dad's funeral flowers and they did him proud so yet again they have brought a smile to my face. ?

The flowers I received are not worth the money. Not at all like the bouquet in the advert. A lot of green leaves and a few flowers.. local garage have a much better selection

Called in last minute yesterday on the off chance of getting a delivery for the same day.Staff could't have been more helpful and my beautiful flowers where delivered within an hour. My wife loved them.
