From entering this store, I was amazed at how far the look and the feel had fallen from the Dunhelm stores ai had visited in the past. Thankfully the quality of the goods on sale hasn't slipped.

I haven't received my digital receipt and I need to return an item. I have rung the store 10 times this morning no answer. Where are the staff to answer the phone. Sane intore no staff.

Never seem to be any staff around abysmal customer service the few staff in there all have attitudes when they ask you a question they clearly don't listen to the response. I've visited multiple times i believe everyone can have an off day but it's constantly i won't return

Disappointed to drive all the way to dunelm with my 10 month old to be told there are no trolleys with child seats. My only option would be pram and a basket which is no good as I needed a lot of stuff. As if moving with a baby isn't hard enough.

Made an order to click and collect specifically because I wanted my items today. Supposed to hear after 2 hours but nothing so after 3 hours I?m having to go on chat and find out why it?s taking so long to get 3 fleeces off a shelf. Can?t ring the store because they have just over 30 minutes till closing time so lazy staff aren?t answering the phone. Cancelling order and getting refund, if they can?t complete a simple task they don?t deserve peoples business.
