The sales are really good value only popped in to just look ended up buy so much stuff lol the canteen I would improve and I was delighted to see a supervisor help her check out staff when a customer wanted money off a product because the box was not at its best how anyone could even ask is beyond me like the first thing they do is to get rid of the box well be coming back

Couldn't find what I wanted in store so ordered online and picked up in store. Had a browse when I collected my order but again couldn't find what I'd seen on the website. Had lunch in the cafe. Service was good. Staff friendly. Food was good however I thought it was odd that our jacket potato was served with a side order of crisps. I was expecting a side salad.

I needed a couple of items and quickly found one item (a sheet) but couldn't find the curtain pole I wanted. Very helpful member of staff came to my aid and even went to the stockroom to see if she could find one.

Well I thought ? I would find the perfect sofa for myself but unfortunately there wasn't realy much on display to which I was kinda shocked at I asked a lovely assistant are these the only sofas you have to view the lady said I would have to go to Manchester we're I believe is there flag ship store. Well on that news I did all I could do and that's get back in my car and go elsewhere to which I did and found the perfect sofa for the job. There loss someone's else's gain.....

Good Quality Furnishings ect. Good range of choice, could kit out the whole home. Pleasure to shop here. Handy café to stop for a coffee. Could do better in the ornaments section though.

Love it, this is my kind of shop. You can buy pretty much anything for your home, from lighting to bedding and everything in-between. Beautiful bedding, stunning light fittings, classic dining services and stylish furniture.There's a good range of prices so not everything is expensive, Bargains to be had in the sales too.Always helpful staff if you need help but they don't bother you unless you ask, I hate feeling pushed into buying anything, I'd walk away if that happens...I like being able to browse at my own pace.Great homeware shop
