Absolutely shocking aftercare. We paid to have the bed assembled and we have tried to move the bed and they have stapled the drawers to the bed instead of using screws as per installation guide. I have emailed, telephoned and called in to the shop and they just fob you off!

I want to say how satified I was with 'Dreams'. From the moment we entered we were greeted well. The guy that served us , Ahmer was extremely friendly and explained everything we needed to know along with things we didn't know. He never pushed us once. He let us browse at our own pace but was there when we needed information. Top notch service! I will recommend 'Dreams' to anyone! 10/10

Came with my Nan to get a new bed and was catered by Inny. He was great; very attentive to us and was able to offer great advice to my Nan surrounding her back pain.

Very friendly and helpful the salesman Ahmer was very helpful, found the correct mattress for us using the mattress tester also gave us pillows to try and offered us drinks, can?t wait for it to be delivered!! Would definitely recommend Dreams.

Absolutely fantastic service! I was greeted by Suleman as soon as I walked in, the sleep scanner is superb, scanned my body and found the perfect mattress for my needs.
He was extremely helpful and what a lovely guy!
I suffer with chronic back pain as I have Lumbar Hyperlordosis and have always struggled finding the correct mattress, I thought enough is enough and decided I need a good quality mattress.
100% recommend anyone to go to dreams

I went to Dreams Blackburn a couple weeks ago with my sister and we were assisted by Suleman.
Suleman was incredibly helpful and patient front start to finish. He took the time to show us a variety of beds and design, and his professionalism truly stood out. He made the entire process of choosing and purchasing a bed smooth and stress-free, clearly explaining each step along the way. His friendly and attentive approach made all the difference.
