This may cause loss of overall sales for them but they’ve been around long enough to know what they’re doing so to put it short - just go to the store for anything including enquiries ??”

“Yesterday, we popped into B&Q, and honestly, the staff were on point. I can’t remember the guy’s name, but when we were checking out the shelving rack, which was pretty pricey for us, he hooked us up with some solid advice. Instead of buying the expensive rack, he suggested going for buying the raw wood and asking them to cut it for us. That saved us a ton of cash.
